Any abortion facility which is in operation at the time of promulgation of any applicable rules or regulations or minimum standards under this chapter shall be given a reasonable time, under the particular circumstances not to exceed six (6) months from the date such are duly adopted, within which to comply with such rules and regulations and minimum standards.Laws, 1991, ch. 301, § 5, eff. 7/1/1990 (Governor's veto overridden by Legislature on 1/17/1991).
