No person as defined in Section 41-7-173(p), Mississippi Code of 1972, acting severally or jointly with any other person, shall establish, conduct or maintain a 'birthing center' in this state without a license under this chapter.Laws, 1985, ch. 503, § 3, eff. 7/1/1985.
