Section 41-87-3 - Legislative findings

The Legislature finds that there is an urgent and substantial need to develop and implement a statewide, comprehensive, coordinated, multidisciplinary, interagency system of early intervention services, which is family centered and community based, for all eligible infants and toddlers and their families.Laws, 1990, ch. 554, § 2; Laws, 1993, ch. 424, § 1, eff. 7/1/1993.
