Section 41-9-73 - Retention of hospital records for longer periods

Any hospital may retain, preserve and store hospital records for such longer periods as in its discretion it may find proper or as may be required by any court of competent jurisdiction.Codes, 1942, § 7146-56; Laws, 1962, ch. 411, § 6, eff. 5/27/1962.
