Section 41-9-119 - Evidence of reasonableness of medical expenses

Proof that medical, hospital, and doctor bills were paid or incurred because of any illness, disease, or injury shall be prima facie evidence that such bills so paid or incurred were necessary and reasonable.Codes, 1942, § 7146.3-10; Laws, 1971, ch. 375, § 10, eff. 3/16/1971.
