Section 41-9-19 - Effective date of rules, regulations or standards

Any hospital which is in operation at the time of promulgation of any applicable rules, regulations or standards under Section 41-9-17, shall be given a reasonable time, under the particular circumstances not to exceed one year from the date of such promulgation, within which to comply with such rules, regulations or standards.Codes, 1942, § 7146.5-08; Laws, 1948, ch. 398, § 8.
