Section 43-13-601 - Legislative findings

The Legislature finds that in order to alleviate the financial burden on the state's Medicaid program, the state must encourage better access to and utilization of affordable long-term care insurance that will pay for some or all of the cost of long-term care services.Added by Laws, 2014, ch. 433, HB 1269, 1, eff. 7/1/2014.
