Section 43-13-607 - Continuity of asset protection

If this article is repealed, any Medicaid asset protection afforded under Section 43-13-605 shall remain effective for the life of the individual receiving long-term care services under this article.Added by Laws, 2014, ch. 433, HB 1269, 4, eff. 7/1/2014.
