Notwithstanding any other provisions of Section 43-13-117, the division shall not reimburse or provide coverage for gender transition procedures for a person under eighteen (18) years of age. As used in this section, the term 'gender transition procedures' means the same as defined in Section 41-141-3.Added by Laws, 2023, ch. 303, HB 1125,§ 7, eff. 2/28/2023.
