Section 43-13-133 - Intent as to use of federal matching funds

It is the intent of the Legislature that all federal matching funds for medical assistance under Titles V, XVIII and XIX of the federal Social Security Act paid into any state health agency after October 10, 1969, shall be used exclusively to defray the cost of medical assistance expended under the terms of this article.Codes, 1942, § 7290-47; Laws, 1969, Ex Sess, ch. 37, § 17, eff. 10/10/1969.
