Section 43-15-113 - Reinstatement of license following revocation

(1) If a license is revoked, the department may grant a new license after: (a) Satisfactory evidence is submitted to the department, evidencing that the conditions upon which revocation was based have been corrected; and(b) Inspection and compliance with all provisions of this article and applicable rules.(2) The department may only suspend a license for a period of time which does not exceed the current expiration date of that license.(3) When a license has been suspended, the department may completely or partially restore the suspended license upon a determination that the: (a) Conditions upon which the suspension was based have been completely or partially corrected; and(b) Interests of the public will not be jeopardized by restoration of the license.
