Section 43-16-17 - Written discipline and family communication policies required

Every child residential home shall have a written discipline policy and written family communication policy which shall be approved in writing, if possible, by the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the children residing at such home, and shall be made available to authorized inspection personnel upon request.Laws, 1989, ch. 493, § 9, eff. 7/1/1989.
