Section 43-18-15 - Statutory provisions restricting out-of-state placement of children not applicable to placements under compact

The provisions of state laws restricting out-of-state placement of children shall not apply to placements made pursuant to the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children.Laws, 1976, ch. 428, § 7, eff. 5/6/1976.
