(1) A state Court-Appointed Special Advocate Association is established. All CASA volunteers, local board members, program directors and staff are eligible for membership in the association. Other categories of membership may be created by the association.(2) The association shall meet annually to elect a board of directors to manage the business of the association. The board shall elect a president, vice president, secretary and treasurer annually.
