(1) The Department of Child Protection Services shall establish a record-keeping procedure to ensure that all referrals of neglect and/or abuse are accurately and adequately maintained for future or cross-reference.(2) In addition to a toll-free abuse reporting telephone system, the department shall establish a uniform intake procedure for the receipt and referral to the appropriate personnel for investigation.
