Section 43-26-9 - Clear delineation of resources devoted to family and children's services and to public assistant programs

It is the intent of the Legislature that the resources devoted to family and children's services and to public assistance programs be clearly delineated and that all resources intended for child protection and other related purposes be expended in service of that goal.Added by Laws, 2023, ch. 516, HB 1149,§ 10, eff. 7/1/2023.
