Section 43-27-111 - Supervision of county youth services workers by department; coordination with state workers

The Department of Human Services shall exercise jurisdiction and supervision over youth services workers employed by the counties, if funds are appropriated to the department for that purpose, and the duties of those workers shall be coordinated with the duties of youth services workers employed by the department.Laws, 1994, ch. 649, § 22, eff. 7/1/1994.
