The administration of this chapter, so far as applicable, shall be subject to all of the rules and regulations as prescribed by the state board of public welfare for the administration of old age assistance, as provided by Sections 43-1-1 through 43-1-17, and 43-9-1 through 43-9-45, and such other reasonable rules and regulations as may hereafter be promulgated by said board, for the proper administration of this chapter.Codes, 1942, § 7289; Laws, 1942, ch. 282, § 20.
