Section 43-3-13 - Department of Finance and Administration authorized to build facility; funds appropriated or granted to be deposited in State Treasury

The Department of Finance and Administration is authorized to build a suitable facility, and payment for construction of that building shall be made from any money made available for this purpose.Any funds appropriated or granted from any source for purposes of Sections 43-3-1 through 43-3-15 shall be deposited into a fund in the State Treasury to be designated The Adjustment Center for Individuals who are Blind Fund.Codes, 1942, § 6708-67; Laws, 1968, ch. 236, § 7, eff. 7/1/1968; Laws, 2002, ch. 463, § 27, eff. 7/1/2002.
