Section 43-3-75 - Periodic reconsideration and changes in amount of assistance

All assistance grants made under Sections 43-3-51 through 43-3-91 shall be reconsidered by the county department as frequently as may be required by the rules of the state department. After such further investigation as the county department may deem necessary or the state department may require, the amount of assistance may be changed or assistance may be entirely withdrawn if the state or county departments find that the recipient's circumstances have altered sufficiently to warrant such action.Codes, 1942, § 7260; Laws, 1938, ch. 181.
