(1) The corporation shall keep as permanent records minutes of all meetings of its members and board of directors, a record of all actions taken by the directors without a meeting, and a record of all actions taken by committees of the board of directors.(2) The corporation shall maintain appropriate accounting records.(3) The corporation shall maintain its records in written form or in another form capable of conversion into written form within a reasonable time.(4) The corporation shall keep a copy of the following records at its office: (a) Its bylaws or restated bylaws and all amendments to them currently in effect;(b) The minutes of all meetings of the board of directors and records of all actions approved by the directors for the past three (3) years;(c) A list of the names and business or home addresses of its current directors and officers; and(d) Its most recent status report delivered to the Secretary of State.Laws, 1989, ch. 525, § 8, eff. 7/1/1989.
