Section 43-33-749 - Personal liability of corporate directors, advisory board members, etc

Neither the directors of the corporation, the advisory board, nor any person or persons acting in their behalf, while acting within the scope of their authority, shall be subject to any personal liability resulting from carrying out any of the powers granted herein in accordance with his or her good faith belief that he or she is acting in the best interests of the corporation.Laws, 1989, ch. 525, § 26, eff. 7/1/1989.
