Section 43-33-785 - Protection and enforcement of bond holders' rights

Any holder of bonds issued under the provisions of Sections 43-33-767 through 43-33-797 or of any of the interest coupons pertaining thereto may, either at law or in equity, by suit, action, mandamus or other proceeding, protect and enforce any and all rights granted under Sections 43-33-767 through 43-33-797, or under such resolution, and may enforce and compel performance of all duties required by Sections 43-33-767 through 43-33-797 to be performed, in order to provide for the payment of bonds and interest thereon.Laws, 1994, ch. 556, § 10, eff. 7/1/1994.
