Notwithstanding any finding by the court of lack of capacity of the vulnerable person to consent, the vulnerable person or the individual, organization or agency designated to be responsible for the vulnerable person, if any, or the State Department of Public Welfare or the county welfare department, shall have the right to bring a motion in the cause for review of any order pursuant to this chapter.Laws, 1986, ch. 468, § 9; reenacted, Laws, 1989, ch. 381, § 9; Laws, 2010, ch. 357, § 9, eff. 7/1/2010.
