As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings:(a) 'Department' means the Department of Human Services.(b) 'Program' means the Mississippi Seniors and Indigents Rx Program established in this chapter. Laws, 2004, ch. 593, § 10, eff. 7/1/2004.
