Section 43-7-79 - Recommendations, rules and regulations by State Ombudsman

The State Ombudsman shall recommend policies and procedures to carry out the provisions of Sections 43-7-51 through 43-7-79 and propose rules and regulations to implement the provisions of Sections 43-7-51 through 43-7-79.Added by Laws, 2017, ch. 344, HB 492, 12, eff. 7/1/2017.
