On the death of any recipient, double the total amount of assistance paid to such recipient under this chapter shall be allowed as a claim against the estate of such person if it is found that such recipient has obtained funds by false representation.Codes, 1942, § 7234; Laws, 1936, ch. 175; Laws, 1940, ch. 298.
