Section 43-9-31 - Limitations of chapter

All assistance granted under this chapter shall be deemed to be granted and to be held subject to the provisions of any amending or repealing law that may hereafter be passed. No recipient shall have any claim for compensation, or otherwise, by reason of his assistance being affected in any way by any amending or repealing law.Codes, 1942, § 7237; Laws, 1936, ch. 175; Laws, 1940, ch. 298.
