Section 43-9-43 - Reservation of right to amend or repeal old age security law

The Legislature reserves the right to amend or repeal all or any part of the Mississippi Old Age Security Law at any time, and there shall be no vested private right of any kind against such amendment or repeal. All the rights, benefits, or immunities conferred by said law or by acts done pursuant thereto shall exist subject to the power of the legislature to amend or repeal said law at any time.Codes, 1942, § 7246; Laws, 1940, ch. 298.
