Section 45-1-11 - Salaries may be paid on semi-monthly basis

The commissioner of public safety is hereby authorized and empowered, in his discretion and with the approval of the state auditor of public accounts, to pay members of the highway safety patrol and other employees of the department of public safety on a semi-monthly basis.Codes, 1942, § 8085.5; Laws, 1966, ch. 506, § 1, eff. 6/11/1966.
