Section 45-11-55 - Every day's omission a separate offense

Every day's omission or failure by any person to do whatever under the provisions of Sections 45-11-21 through 45-11-55 is required to be done or provided, shall be considered and treated as a separate offense.Codes, 1892, § 2094; 1906, § 2278; Hemingway's 1917, § 4645; 1930, § 4704; 1942, § 7015.
