Section 45-14-15 - Inspections by state board of health; training and education programs; agreements with federal and state governments

(1) Authorized representatives of the agency shall have the authority to enter upon any public or private property of permittees, registrants and licensees, including private dwellings used for business purposes, at all reasonable times for the purpose of determining compliance with the provisions of this chapter and rules, regulations and standards adopted hereunder.
