In any and all tort claims against any person which arise while that person is rendering assistance during an emergency (1) at the request of any authorized representative of the agency or (2) pursuant to an agreement for mutual state radiological assistance as provided for in Section 45-14-15(4), the provisions of Section 7-5-43, Mississippi Code of 1972, shall apply as if such person were an employee of this state.Laws, 1976, ch. 469, § 9, eff. 5/25/1976.
