The shipper shall provide to the director of the agency the advance notification of shipment required by and specified in the regulations promulgated by the Mississippi State Board of Health at the time of shipment. The agency will provide notification of shipment to appropriate state and local public safety officials.Laws, 1982, ch. 432, § 7, eff. 4/1/1982.
