Any person who willfully violates any provision of Sections 45-14-51 through 45-14-67 or any regulation or order issued hereunder may, upon conviction therefor, be punished by a fine of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) or by imprisonment for five (5) years, or both.Laws, 1982, ch. 432, § 10, eff. 4/1/1982.
