Section 45-23-31 - Access to premises

Any duly authorized representative of the board shall have free access, during reasonable hours, to any premises in the state where a boiler or pressure vessel is being constructed for use in, or is being installed in, this state for the purpose of ascertaining whether such boiler or pressure vessel is being constructed and installed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.Laws, 1974, ch. 500, § 15(1), eff. 4/2/1974.
