Section 45-23-55 - Boiler and pressure vessel safety fund

There is hereby created a special fund in the state treasury to be known as the boiler and pressure vessel safety fund into which shall be deposited all funds appropriated by the legislature for the implementation of this chapter, and funds from fees, fines and any other source that shall be used for the implementation and administration of this chapter by the Mississippi State Board of Health.Laws, 1974, ch. 500, § 18(2), eff. 4/2/1974.
