Section 45-23-57 - Appeal to board

Any person aggrieved by an order or an act of the board or the chief inspector under this chapter may, within fifteen (15) days' notice thereof, appeal from such order or act to the board which shall, within thirty (30) days thereafter, issue an appropriate order either approving or disapproving said order or act. A copy of such order by the board shall be given to all interested parties.Laws, 1974, ch. 500, § 19(1), eff. 4/2/1974.
