Section 45-3-27 - Bearing of arms; compliance with dress regulations

Members of the highway safety patrol shall be entitled to bear arms in the discharge of their duties. Said members shall, while in the discharge of their duties, wear such dress, uniform, and insignia, and carry such credentials as shall be prescribed by the commissioner.Codes, 1942, § 8088; Laws, 1938, ch. 143; Laws, 1964, ch. 324, § 12, eff. 5/22/1964.
