Section 45-3-52 - Retention by officers of assigned dogs retired from service

A member of the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol or any other certified law enforcement officer shall be allowed to retain as his personal property any dog assigned to such member when the dog is retired from service. Laws, 2004, ch. 491, § 1, eff. 7/1/2004.
