Section 45-35-11 - Form

All identification cards shall be centrally issued by the department, adequately describe the registrant, bear a color photograph of the registrant, and include other such identifying data as required by Section 45-35-5.Laws, 1988, ch. 570, § 6, eff. 7/1/1988.
