Section 45-35-15 - Liability of public entities

No public entity or public official shall be liable for any loss or injury resulting directly or indirectly from false or inaccurate information contained in an identification card issued pursuant to this article.Laws, 1988, ch. 570, § 8, eff. 7/1/1988.
