Section 47-4-5 - Agreements with private sources to operate juvenile detention centers

Any local unit of government, or any local unit of government in cooperation with other local units of government, may enter into agreements with private sources for the operation and supervision of juvenile detention centers.Laws, 1992, ch. 537, § 3, eff. 5/14/1992.
