Section 47-5-195 - Penalties for violations

Any person who violates any provision of Section 47-5-193 or 47-5-194 shall be guilty of a felony and upon conviction shall be punished by confinement in the Penitentiary for not less than three (3) years nor more than fifteen (15) years, and may be fined not more than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), or both.Laws, 1978, ch. 394, § 3; Laws, 1998, ch. 391, § 2, eff. 7/1/1998.
