Section 47-5-713 - [Repealed Effective 7/1/2025] Advancement of parole eligibility dates during state of emergency

Upon the declaration of a state of emergency, the parole eligibility dates of qualified inmates shall be conditionally advanced. The amount of advancement of parole eligibility dates must be specified in the declaration by the Governor.
