Section 47-5-715 - [Repealed Effective 7/1/2025] Weekly certification of population figures during state of emergency; termination of state of emergency

During the continuation of a state of emergency, the Commissioner of the Department of Corrections shall weekly certify to the Governor the prison system population for each day of the preceding week.
