Section 47-7-15 - Seal of board; records and reports

The board shall adopt an official seal of which the courts shall take judicial notice. Decisions of the board shall be made by majority vote, except as provided in Section 47-7-5(9).The board shall keep a record of its acts and shall notify each institution of its decisions relating to the persons who are or have been confined therein.
