Any assessments collected under subsection (3) of Section 99-19-73 shall be deposited in a special fund hereby created in the State Treasury and designated the 'Hunter Education and Training Program Fund,' which shall be expended to defray the expenses of the program as authorized and appropriated by the Legislature.
