Section 49-10-5 - Rules and regulations to be made and published by Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks

The Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks shall make and publish such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with law, as it deems necessary to carry out the purposes of the Wildlife Violator Compact. Laws, 2007, ch. 345, § 3, eff. 7/1/2007.
