Section 49-13-23 - Penalties; suspension of license

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Multiple violations of this chapter shall be assessed fines near the maximum allowable limits.
